Returns & Refunds Policy

Under applicable consumer protection regulations, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of package delivery, without giving any specific reason.

To qualify for a full reimbursement, the cap must be returned in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, odor-free, in the original custom box with all branded tags and dust covers fully attached.

Each cap purchase grants an automatic entry to the drop’s promotional draw. If a physical return is requested prior to the draw execution, the return is processed normally. However, once a raffle draw has officially concluded and winners are announced, competition entries are deemed fully executed and cannot be retroactively cancelled, though the physical merchandise return remains subject to standard refund terms.

To start a return, navigate to the “Track my order” page or email our customer care team at support@regar.com including your order reference. Our team will supply return authorization and packaging guidelines within 24 hours.

Upon arrival and inspection at our logistics hub, your refund will be processed. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (card or digital wallet) within 5 to 10 business days.
