When is the official draw date?
The current active draw concludes on
31 October 2026 (20:00 CET)
at 20:00 CET under official Swiss notary supervision. All orders placed prior to the draw cut-off are automatically included in the certified draw pool. Once an edition closes, all new orders automatically roll into the next monthly draw.
How do I receive my raffle tickets?
Your ticket numbers (e.g.
REG-ROLEX-1002-T01) are automatically generated upon successful order payment. You can verify your tickets at any time using our on-site Ticket Checker with your order ID or email.
What are shipping rates and delivery times across Switzerland?
All orders are dispatched from Switzerland via Swiss Post Express within 24-48 business hours. We provide Free Swiss Express Delivery on orders over 100 CHF (or use voucher code FREESHIP). Standard Swiss Express shipping is a flat rate of 9.90 CHF.
What is your return policy?
Under applicable consumer regulations, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery date in unopened, original sealed packaging for a full refund.
How are winners notified and prizes delivered?
Winners are notified immediately via certified telephone call and email. The Rolex Submariner Date luxury watch is hand-delivered anywhere in Switzerland with all official Rolex documentation, warranty cards, and box.
